Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee.
