Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, personalizing orders and building lasting relationships
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety protocols and uphold quality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with espresso machine expertise
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
