- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
