- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and equipment
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking fresh supplies
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Proven barista experience or strong coffee knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/early mornings
