Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks following precise recipes
- Engage warmly with customers to build loyalty and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless service
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including mornings/weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
