Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as needed.
- Build relationships with regular customers and create a sense of community.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is highly valued.
