- Engage customers through personalized remote order consultations
- Manage inventory and restocking via digital inventory systems
- Collaborate with on-site team during peak hours
- Develop seasonal beverage recipes and remote brewing tutorials
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Participate in virtual coffee tasting sessions and training
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience required
- Expertise in espresso extraction and latte art
- Strong remote communication skills via digital platforms
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends/early mornings
- Basic proficiency with POS and inventory software
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
