Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following strict recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu and brewing methods.
- Maintain a pristine environment, including deep cleaning the espresso machine, counter area, and dining space.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with the local Nashville community by building relationships with regular customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for our fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs during busy shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
