- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to minimize errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to coordinate daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation and communication.
