Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and reconciling discrepancies.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and follow all OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in general warehouse upkeep and light maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
