Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
