What You Will Do:

- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization.
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures.

Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment processes with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety gear.
- Scan items into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ensure all pallets are stacked safely and securely.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not mandatory.
