As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and pack customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse and work areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members during shifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
