Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory systems to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Handle heavy lifting up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) or nights.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
