Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently within strict timeframes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Inspect products for quality control and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse targets are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanners/tablets.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
