Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Stock shelves, bins, and display units according to established planograms and safety standards.
- Maintain the organization of the backroom storage area to ensure efficient retrieval and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the night team to ensure a seamless transition into the morning rush.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and pricing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
