Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Efficiently receive, stock, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and zero error rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
