Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Sort, stack, and organize merchandise on pallets and shelves.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
