Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and organization of stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Valid driver's license (if driving a company vehicle).
