Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required, but preferred for driving duties).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
