Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless IT operations during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and printer setup is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (40 hours total).
