Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify top candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and applicants.
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during weekend shifts.
