Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
- Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the hiring team to refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong understanding of the technical recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Seattle, WA.
