Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job requirements to extending job offers.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech forums.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and report on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with recruiting software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems.
