Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using Boolean search strategies and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit for roles ranging from Software Engineering to Data Science.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for this fast-paced role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
