Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and recruitment campaigns for open roles in the Boston and Georgia markets.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or flexible schedule environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong research skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
- Availability for a part-time commitment (approx. 15-25 hours per week).
