Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches) to identify and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real-time.
- Job Posting: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards to attract passive talent.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with technical roles (SaaS, DevOps, Engineering).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, high-conversion tone.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule that accommodates part-time hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
