Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.Organize merchandise displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Phoenix location.
