- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid evening roles).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work rotating shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 10 PM).
