Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM MST)
- Resolve technical issues and process orders using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (90% resolution rate target)
- Participate in weekly team huddles and skill-building sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience (tech support preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear diction
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
