- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM system while ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with day-team specialists to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet key performance metrics including first-contact resolution and satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
