Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
