Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure operational excellence during peak hours.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas location.
