Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely and safe manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and night hours (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
