Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient care areas
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless handovers
- Complete incident reports and maintain HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights (6PM-6AM)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Flexible schedule with weekend commitment
