Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests at resort facilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend visitors
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain pristine facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with weekend team members for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
