Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across bar, lounge, and event spaces
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Prepare signature cocktails and beverages according to premium standards
- Manage guest seating and reservations during high-volume weekend periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and cleanliness standards
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend private functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage or hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 4PM-2AM)
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and local NOLA beverages
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Louisiana food handler permit
- Must be 21+ years of age
