Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at evening events and weekend functions
- Manage venue entrance and maintain crowd flow efficiently
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanliness protocols
- Handle ticket scanning and VIP guest coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with security and management teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- TN food handler certification (if applicable)
