Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Process payments accurately and manage cash register operations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Learn and implement new coffee techniques and seasonal menu items
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all our baristas from scratch!
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
