What You Will Do:
Our events range from corporate galas to high-energy music festivals. You will be responsible for ensuring the flow of the event, assisting attendees, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet attendees with a warm smile, answer questions, and provide directions to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd density and direct foot traffic to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety compliance.
- Event Operations: Assist with ticketing, ushering, and setup or teardown of event areas as required.
- Communication: Relay important information to guests and coordinate with event managers to address issues immediately.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a flexible schedule to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve minor guest issues efficiently.
