Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at resort front desks and event venues
- Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and payment processing
- Coordinate weekend events including weddings, conferences, and private parties
- Maintain pristine facilities through daily inspections and deep cleaning
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, scheduling tools)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
