Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Manage cash operations and POS systems with accuracy
- Maintain pristine workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes
- Source and educate customers on seasonal coffee offerings
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4-10 PM), weekends required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- San Francisco residency preferred
