Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening operations (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs proactively
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless shift transitions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility maintenance
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
