Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming lobby and common areas
- Assist with evening inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
