Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and pastries according to our recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, take accurate orders, and provide a friendly, memorable experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitary at all times, including the front of house and back-of-house areas.
- POS Operation: Accurately operate the Point of Sale system, handle cash, and manage transactions efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies; restock shelves as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow baristas during rush hours and assist with training new team members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet our flexible schedule needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
