Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setup and breakdown logistics
- Manage guest registration and VIP experiences
- Oversee vendor relationships and service timing
- Train and supervise part-time event staff
- Resolve client and attendee inquiries in real-time
- Execute post-event reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain safety protocols during high-traffic events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM - 10 PM
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Valid Maryland driver's license for venue errands
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional customer service communication skills
- Knowledge of Baltimore event venues preferred
