Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and registration processes
- Manage vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information support
- Maintain event space cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Document operational metrics and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Basic cash handling proficiency
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require TABC certification)
