Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate vendor operations and inventory management
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Collect and report attendee feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for registration systems
- Flexible attitude to adapt to changing event needs
- Must pass background check
