Responsibilities
- Setup, breakdown, and management of event venues and equipment
- Guest registration, check-in, and exceptional customer service support
- Coordination with vendors, staff, and clients during event execution
- Inventory management and supply organization for weekend activations
- Real-time problem-solving during live event scenarios
- Post-event cleanup and venue restoration
Qualifications
- Previous event support or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
