Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at high-traffic events
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand messaging with enthusiasm
- Maintain event space cleanliness and safety standards

- Collect and report attendee feedback to optimize experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility for training
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
